What languages do you support for transcription?

We support English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, and 60+ other languages.

Can I import recordings from other tools?

Yes. We offer imports on our Pro plan. You can upload your old audio files, and Voicenotes will transcribe, summarize, and index them so your AI can "learn" your recording history immediately.

Do you train any models on my data?

We do not allow third parties (like OpenAI or Anthropic) to use your data to train their AI models. Voicenotes does not train on your data.

Is Voicenotes SOC 2 compliant?

Yes, Voicenotes is SOC 2 compliant (via Vanta). All data is encrypted at rest, never used for AI training, and only accessible via your authenticated request.

My colleagues and I already have Pro Voicenotes accounts. Can we switch to team billing?

Yes! Just log in to your account, go to Settings, and click on "Teams". Follow the instructions and you'll be set.
